Growing my own food is my way to connect with nature. It is also a form of liberation. We will never have to worry about going hungry as long as we grow our own food.

Stacey's earth-centered approach to wellness uses a fusion of nutrition, cultural retention, urban agriculture and sustainability practices.  She believes all people should have accessible to affordable, nutrient dense foods. Using traditional foodways she teaches people how to reclaim & restore their relationship with the land. You can find her making herbal medicine, foraging or teaching garden workshops!
